Air Cleaning Systems for Kitchen Exhaust to meet SFA requirements prior to SFA Food License Issuance or Renewal

Custom Made Control Panels to have an integrated control system for Kitchen Exhaust Fan & Kitchen Fresh Air Fan. Protects the Distribution Board (DB) and allows for easy monitoring & isolation of any electrical faults.

Can be interlocked with Gas System, Fire Suppression System, Fire Alarm System.

VSDs regulate Power and Current to the Fan Motors and allow controlling of the Fan Speed. They prolong the life of the Fan Motor by controlling the Starting, Running, Stopping of the Fan Motor as well as protecting the Motor in the event of electrical faults.

Available in various sizes and types such as Flexible Duct, Rigid Duct, Insulated Duct to connect Diffusers and Grilles to the main Duct.

Kitchen Exhaust Duct enclosed in Fire-Rated Board and Sealed with Fire-rated Sealant to prevent the spread of fire. Aluminium jacketing above the Fire-rated Board can be installed for Outdoor Ducts.

We also issue Certificate of Conformity (COC), Declaration of Compliance (DOC) Certificate and Professional Engineer (PE) Endorsement with Certification for submission to SCDF FSSD for Approval.

Silencers can be added to reduce noise emission.
